Price List for inspection service: (square footage includes basements)
$275 up to 1200 sq. ft.
$300 for 1201-1500 sq. ft.
$325 for 1501-2000 sq. ft.
$350 for 2001-2500 sq. ft.
$375 for 2501-3000 sq. ft.
$400 for 3001-3500 sq. ft.
$425 for 3501-3750 sq. ft.
$475 for 3751-4000 sq. ft.
*Contact me for pricing for homes over $500,000 or larger than 4000 sq. ft.
Additional fees, as applicable:
$85 for crawlspace
$125 for additional building
$50 for age of home between 30-59 yrs
$125 for age of home between 60-89 yrs
*Fees subject to verification of finished square footage, age, and the foundation-type.
Radon Testing:
$150 Stand Alone
$100 fee additional with inspection
Water Testing:
$65 additional with inspection
